Give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel.
Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a 40% charge.
The charge is waived if you immediately rebook an available session.

Why notice matters

As a clinical healthcare practice, appointment slots are tightly managed. Last-minute cancellations affect patient scheduling and clinical overheads.

1. The 24-Hour Notice Window

Patients must modify, postpone, or cancel their scheduled appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot.

2. Late Cancellation & No-Show Penalties

If a cancellation request is lodged within less than 24 hours of the appointment, or if a patient fails to show up, a 40% cancellation charge will be applied.

3. Rebooking Exemption

The 40% cancellation fee will be completely waived if the patient immediately completes a rebooking for an alternative open session during the initial cancellation request.
