Cancellation policy

• 24-hour notice required: please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations: cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged a 40% late cancellation fee in line with our Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
• Emergencies: I understand that emergencies happen — please get in touch as soon as you can.
